As part of the Climate Pact 2.0, promote greater participation by citizens and local authorities in the ecological transition, and support local authorities on their transition path.
Project description :
The Climate Pact provides a platform for CELL to show that solutions do exist to the climate crisis and the scarcity of resources, and that it is possible to develop concrete pioneering projects in the field. Through concrete, positive actions, the aim is to demonstrate that everyone is capable of taking action, being creative and expressing their skills: from citizens to the general public.-nes who create their own vegetable gardens, relocalize the economy, build differently, repair what can still be used and found energy cooperatives.
