Project description :
The 48H de l'agriculture urbaine is a showcase event for urban agriculture in France and Europe. Coordinated in France by the Association Française d'Agriculture Urbaine Professionnelle (AFAUP), the festival offers the general public a weekend of activities (discovery and awareness-raising workshops, tours, screenings, conferences and round tables, festive events, etc.) focusing on urban agriculture and sustainable food. A true unifying event for players in the ecological transition of cities, the festival's vocation is above all to highlight the work of urban gardeners and farmers, and to raise awareness among urbanites of the issues of nature in the city, responsible agriculture and sustainable food. CELL has been coordinating the festival for Luxembourg since 2023.
