Any local food production initiative falls within the scope of taking steps towards food systems which are environmentally, economically and socially sustainable.
TAC projects are participatory projects actively involving citizens and expanding their roles as mere consumers. This vision is based on processes reclaiming food sovereignty and encouraging the production and consumption of native, seasonal plants, within cooperative social models prioritizing solidarity and human scaled, democratic farms and entreprises.
